"I didn't understand anything at the beginning, and my eyes were black. The first time I remembered the equipment parameters, I handed it in a blank scroll. The first time I looked at the drawings was like looking at the "Book of Heaven"." In February 2002, 30-year-old Wang Guangming entered Anyuan. The pipeline company participates in the random inspection of the plant and the commissioning and installation of equipment. At that time, he was a complete "outside man".
When I was on the job, I followed my master to learn. During the day, I was busy learning and studying at night with the lights on. Once, the customer requested to produce a batch of pipelines, and the equipment mold and process parameters were adjusted according to the customer's requirements. But for unknown reasons, the products produced for a few days were unqualified--the experts of Harbin Institute of Technology were also helpless. As a craftsman, Wang Guangming went into the office and began to "gnaw" professional books, check information, and compare the peeling phenomenon in actual production, staying up all night. The next morning, he rushed into the production workshop, discussed with the technicians, and proposed to process and adjust the size of the parts such as the equipment feeding area. He has been in the pipeline industry for 19 years, and he knows every piece of equipment in the production workshop well through research and "fiddle-making". During an inspection, Wang Guangming found that the outer wall of the steel frame pipe was severely corrugated after the replacement of raw materials, which affected the sealing quality and external quality. After a week of repeated debugging and continuous improvement, the problem was solved by adjusting the processing parameters of the raw materials and improving the size of the outer molding die, which not only beautified the outer wall of the tube, but also ensured the quality of the product.
During daily inspections, straight pipe operators reported that there were frequent insufficiency of warp and weft welding and cracking of product end faces during the production of steel skeleton pipes. Many shutdowns and maintenance were not completely resolved, resulting in increased manufacturing costs. Because the problem is more difficult, Wang Guangming immediately called the technicians and the backbone of the workshop to conduct a joint "consultation" on the equipment. He listened to the feedback from maintenance tongs and electrician inspections, and pointed out that the leakage of the welding system and the copper ring caused the weak welding of the weft, and removed the inner and outer molding. After discovering the "cause" that caused the end face of the straight pipe to crack, Wang Guangming proposed to improve the support electrode and the feeding area, and the trial production effect was better.
"If you have a long mind, and make a big deal of everything, the work will naturally go smoothly.". Refinement and diligence are a magic weapon for Wang Guangming's management. After each operator arrives, he must check whether the equipment safety mechanical lock and safety lever are normal, whether the mold opening and closing hydraulic pressure is normal, check whether the temperature of the equipment is normal when placing the product, and the working environment is safe before entering the mold area for work. If problems are found in time Report and rectify in time; at the same time, perform routine "physical examination" for each pipe produced before off-line. Data such as wall thickness, outer shaft size, out-of-roundness, internal and external finish, and steel skeleton distribution are controlled within the scope of process requirements . Each shift leader conducts special safety work reports with the operators at the shift meeting every day, and conducts post inspections every 2 hours to check product quality, operating environment and employee working status; safety learning is organized during the "every five" period, and the production workshop returns every month. Organize safety knowledge examinations, should know and meet the examinations, and link the examination results to wages. In 2019, during the preparation of the PE pipe production line, there were many tasks, few personnel, and tight time. In addition, the equipment was all "German goods". Everyone had not contacted before and needed to overcome many problems. In order to get this piece of "mutton" as quickly as possible, Wang Guangming soaks in the workshop every day. When he encounters those who don’t understand, he consults the manufacturer’s technical consultants and communicates with the company’s technicians; he goes home from get off work late at night, and he has to think carefully. Just check the relevant information on the Internet, make a careful record, and consult the manufacturer's technical adviser the next day. When his family asked him to take a good rest, he always said: "It is the production employees who use the equipment every day. In order to meet the needs of the market and customers, it is commonplace in the workshop to work overtime to produce. Whenever he sees the exhausted figure of his colleagues, the head of production Wang Guangming feels an invisible pressure. Therefore, he worked hard to apply some small reforms to production operations.
The alloy tool used for grooving the end face of the straight pipe semi-finished product is used to turn the steel wire, which is easy to break the tool and cannot cut the steel wire, and the cost is high, the work efficiency is low, and the safety cannot be guaranteed. According to the requirements of the sealing process, Wang Guangming designed the machining size of the turning tool and turned the steel wire in reverse. In one inspection, Wang Guangming found that the interruption of the straight pipe production line easily caused piles of wire, which caused great damage to the parts of the equipment, long processing time, and relatively cumbersome processing. So he led the maintenance personnel to design to increase the protection of the wire and pile wire of the straight pipe equipment, which can automatically stop after the wire is broken, shorten the time for handling equipment failures, reduce the labor intensity of the operators, and increase the equipment operation rate and save money.
