42-year-old Qi Guoxiang has worked in Algeria for 3 years and just returned to Pingxiang in April this year. At the end of June, Qi Guoxiang received a notice from the Human Resources Department of Jiangxi China Coal Technology Group to transfer him from the social logistics center to Anyuan Pipeline Company. Before going abroad, Qi Guoxiang had been an electric welder of Anyuan Bus Company. He had no knowledge of pipeline production. However, after receiving the arrangement from his superiors, Qi Guoxiang was very calm in his heart. He believes that as a front-line worker, as long as he endures hard and obeys the arrangement, With a right mindset, you can quickly adapt to wherever you work.
As soon as he entered the factory, Qi Guoxiang and the same group of transferees received a one-month study and training, and passed the assessment. They also signed a mentorship agreement with the master, so that they can get timely help and guidance in actual work. "Now the whole group is advancing the work of reducing overcapacity in an orderly manner, and I feel very lucky to be able to have jobs. The working atmosphere here is very good, everyone is united and friendly." Qi Guoxiang said with a happy face.
The only thing that is uncomfortable is to shift three shifts. Because Qi Guoxiang is used to the regular shift abroad, he tends to doze off during the night shift. To this end, he took the initiative to ask the master to remind more. After a period of time, I have now adapted. Qi Guoxiang told reporters that although the factory has strict production management, it takes care of new workers. He will not severely criticize new workers for some problems that arise during their learning process. Instead, they will focus on education and improve their skills. However, Qi Guoxiang is a person with a strong sense of responsibility. Every time a problem arises, he feels uneasy, so he studies hard and never allows himself to make similar mistakes.
After three months of training, Qi Guoxiang’s work was affirmed by the workshop leaders and colleagues, and he successfully stayed. “Working abroad in the past was like a robot, but now working in front of home, you can still enjoy family happiness.” Qi Guoxiang is satisfied.
It is reported that since this year, a group of employees have been transferred from other brother units of Jiangxi China Coal Technology Group to Anyuan Pipeline Company. “The ones who stayed are all pragmatic and hardworking. Zhang Hao, who comes from the engineering glass factory, works meticulously and steadily. He also does a good job of winding work. They came from different places and finally found a new home.
