Before going abroad, Qi Guoxiang had been an electric welder of Anyuan Bus Company. He had no knowledge of pipeline production. After three months of training, Qi Guoxiang’s work was affirmed by the workshop leaders and colleagues, and he successfully stayed. “Working abroad in the past was like a robot, but now working in front of home, you can still enjoy family happiness.” Qi Guoxiang is satisfied.
